All rented speakers must be returned in their original condition by the agreed date. Damages or missing parts will incur repair or replacement charges. Customers are responsible for proper handling and storage during rental. No refunds after equipment is dispatched
We understand things happen that is sometimes beyond your control, should you need to cancel a confirmed booking, this is our policy:
1) If before event day inform, just a $15 admin charge with full refund
2) If on day booking is commited and delivered, then delivery fee is charged fully and you may choose between a
a) Have full rental fee as future credit valid for 1 year
b) Have a $30 admin charge with full refund
